Hi, I'm Sreenidhi.

I'm an Automation Architect at IBM, a TEDx speaker, and a content creator followed by 117,000+ QA engineers. I've spent the last decade building test automation frameworks, leading SDET hires, and coaching engineers through interview loops.

The journey: I started my career as a manual QA engineer. I taught myself automation in the gaps between releases, moved into SDET roles, and eventually grew into an architect role designing the testing strategy across multiple product teams.

Why I do this: The QA community gave me everything — every blog post, every YouTube tutorial, every stranger on LinkedIn who answered my question. The kits, the cheatsheets, the videos — all of it is my way of giving back. The content here is everything I wish I'd had when I was preparing for SDET interviews.
